What if I want to cancel or change my order?

If you have placed an order but want to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you
can, as we dispatch orders very quickly (within 24 hours). We will try our best to process your
request but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been shipped. In that situation, you
will have to follow normal exchange procedures which is to reject the parcel on arrival.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID and Order Confirmation email.
This will help you track your order. You can also check this ID when you sign in to If you’re not a registered customer, please email us at  with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email from us for your shipment confirmation.
